Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, you are still welcome to receive your massage; however, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other clients. The full service fee will still apply.
